Operation
Understanding is an independent, nonprofit, educational leadership
program created to rebuild the historic and once effective relationship
between African Americans and Jews through our youth. Operation
Understanding's goal is to educate a generation of Blacks and
Jews to know what it's like to have an alliance based on mutual
respect, and who will work to eradicate racism, anti-Semitism,
and all forms of discrimination.
